Nick Catania, founder of Giga Impact Solutions

A note from the founder

Giga is led by Nick Catania.

I am a founder-operator and commercial architect for expertise-led B2B companies — turning real substance into the offer, proof, and systems the market acts on.

I built Giga for teams with the value but not yet the system.

Why Giga exists

What Giga was built to solve.

Real expertise, missing translation. Giga builds it as commercial architecture: five layers, in order.

The founder explains it brilliantly in the room — but nothing outside it carries the value. Five layers fix that:

  • Offer — a premium decision the buyer can say yes to.
  • Proof — evidence built as part of the product.
  • Narrative — the story moved from the founder's head into assets.
  • Systems — repeatable sales and delivery, not heroic one-offs.
  • Partner leverage — an offer others can carry into the room.
Real expertise The messy middle, made into architecture Offer Proof Narrative Systems Partner leverage Buyable offer
Expertise becomes buyable when the middle is built as a system.

Operator background

A systems instinct, made commercial.

Engineering physics, industrial ecology, and hands-on company-building. The thread: when people face uncertainty, I build systems they can act through.

Across every venture, the reflex was the same: find where the decision is stuck, and build the structure that moves it. In climate and impact markets that instinct turned commercial — making technical assessment, life-cycle thinking, and avoided-emissions logic into offers buyers could act on. That took far more than methodology.

Through his work with ClimatePoint, Nick helped develop and commercialize methodology-backed impact services for climate companies, funds, and industrial stakeholders.

Principles

What I believe.

Six convictions shape every engagement — and why Giga starts with the bottleneck.

01

Real expertise should not lose because it is harder to explain.

Excellent technology still fails when the buyer never sees why it matters.

02

Technical value is not automatically commercial value.

The market does not buy complexity — it buys a clear reason to care, trust, and act.

03

Proof is part of the product.

Evidence is how buyers, investors, and partners decide to trust — not a back-office detail.

04

The founder's story must become a system.

Founder-led sales spark traction; growth needs the story repeatable beyond the founder.

05

Partnerships need architecture.

Partners cannot sell a foggy offer — they need to know who to introduce, and why.

06

AI accelerates structure; it does not replace it.

Run through clear strategy, AI is powerful; without structure, it just makes mess faster.

“Clear before clever. The goal is never to make the company sound impressive — it is to make the value obvious enough that the market can act on it.” — Nick Catania, founder of Giga Impact Solutions

Who Giga is for

The companies where this work pays off.

Giga is advisory, independent, and built for a specific company — where the value is real but the market is not yet catching on.

Strong fit

  • + Expertise-led B2B companies with real technical or methodology depth.
  • + Founder-led teams where the sales story lives in one head.
  • + Climate, impact, and proof-heavy markets that are hard to explain quickly.
  • + Teams ready to turn bespoke work into a repeatable system.

Weaker fit

  • Companies chasing hype, shortcuts, or a quick traffic spike.
  • Teams that want tactics bolted on before the strategy is clear.
  • Products with no real substance to make buyable.
  • Anyone expecting AI to replace structure, not accelerate it.

Start with the bottleneck

Real technical value the market is not crediting fast enough? Giga makes that complexity buyable.
